What is included in each month's Field File?
While some membership tiers include additional curated items and collectibles, every Field File contains a professionally researched species profile, a conservation organization highlight, unique collectibles, and access to online content. Select membership tiers also receive a museum-quality photography print of the featured species.

How does my membership support conservation?
We donate 5% of all subscription proceeds directly to our verified global conservation partners. These funds support everything from anti-poaching units to habitat restoration projects across seven continents.
Can I cancel, pause, or change my subscription?
Yes, you have full control over your membership. You can pause, skip a month, or cancel your subscription at any time through your member dashboard without any hidden fees. To upgrade or downgrade a monthly payment plan, simply cancel your current subscription and then resubscribe to your preferred membership level. The new subscription will take effect on the following month so you will not receive a duplicate Field File.

When should my package be delivered? Do you ship internationally?
Each month the Field Files are shipped in the first week. Please allow for 7-14 business days for your letter to arrive, depending on your location.

Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within the United States. Shipping cost is included in the monthly subscription rates and delivery times vary by location.
Are the previous Field Files available for purchase?
More info to come later, but the short answer is yes, Arkived Field Files will be available for a limited run periodically for those that are interested in collecting past files!

How are featured species selected?
Species are selected through a detailed process based on conservation urgency, fascinating biological traits, the ability to curate photo or art prints, and the availability of verified field research data.
